"A star is born"

I discovered a great tool here the other day! Yes, I know it has been on the market for a looooong time, but not in my house! And I had never tried it before.
I was trying to make an eight pointed star. Had never made one before, only those where you can use flying geese blocks to make the star points. I printed out templates and measurements from EQ6, but still found it a little difficult! I called my friend and complained, and she told me they had this great ruler in the shop. Yes!!
And here I go! A beautiful star is born!!

When you are working and thinking hard, you need to recharge with some energy, so I spoiled myself with some delicate milk chocolate hearts! Namnam!
Voila! Three beautiful stars, almost finished! Yes, I think this block is beautiful, the star is so delicate!

At last, but not least! Here is the definition of energy:
When you take one piece of chocolate,
it gives you enough energy to take
one more piece!!!

Until next time,

all my best, May Kristin

Your stars look wonderful! Well done! Those points can be a bit tricky - I've never tried the TriRecs Tool for it...

Are you doing the "Quilt-as-you-go" method?
